Allstate Rewards NCAA® Baseball Fans for 'Good Hands in the Stands' at 2014 NCAA College World Series®

NORTHBROOK, Ill., June 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Snagging a foul ball at a baseball game is a rare and celebratory occasion. To honor fans who achieve this fortuitous feat, Allstate Insurance Company, a proud NCAA corporate partner, has partnered with baseball analyst and former all-star third baseman Aaron Boone to reward fans for their "Good Hands in the Stands" during this year's 2014 NCAA College World Series.

During the four games taking place June 14-15 at the College World Series, Allstate will reward each fan who catches the first foul ball of every half inning hit into the stands at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha with a "Good Hands in the Stands" keepsake trophy for displaying their ball. Immediately after the foul ball is caught, Allstate Good Hands Crew members stationed around the ballpark will hand deliver the winner's commemorative gift directly to their seats.

In honor of every foul ball that is caught or retrieved during opening weekend, Allstate will make a monetary donation to Omaha's Boys Town to support youth sports in Omaha. A check presentation will take place on the field at TD Ameritrade Park prior to Game 6 on June 16.

As part of the "Good Hands in the Stands" program, former all-star Aaron Boone will meet with fans, sign autographs and talk baseball at the Allstate Fan Zone located within the CWS Fan Fest presented by Capital One, on Friday, June 13 from 5-6 p.m. CT.
