NEW YORK, Feb. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Based on preliminary figures released by the U.S. Department of Commerce, IDEX Online Research reports that national sales for jewelry and watches were 1.4% lower in November/December 2014 when compared to the same period in 2013.
