Governor Richardson brings more than 30 years of public service experience to the ALPHAEON board, while Mr. Liu provides extensive operational and management experience in major capital markets worldwide.

Richardson has served as a U.S. Congressman, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Governor of New Mexico, and Secretary of Energy under President Bill Clinton.
