IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ALPHAEON® Corporation, a subsidiary of Strathspey Crown Holdings LLC, announced that it has completed a private placement of Series A Preferred Stock in a transaction led by Longitude Capital Management Co., LLC. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
