ALPHAEON To Acquire Clarion Medical Technologies

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ALPHAEON® Corporation, a leader in lifestyle healthcare and subsidiary of Strathspey Crown Holdings LLC, and Clarion Medical Technologies® Inc. today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for ALPHAEON to acquire all of the outstanding shares and assets of Clarion, the leading provider of medical and aesthetic equipment and consumables in Canada, for an undisclosed sum.  The acquisition is expected to close on or before September 30, 2014.
