Altitude Organic-Colorado Springs Negotiates Buyout of Second Location, Launches City Concert Promotion

Colorado's Department of Revenue is in charge of medical marijuana regulation in the state.  All changes in ownership in medical marijuana centers must be approved by this governing body.  The transfer is subject to approval that is expected to be completed within the month.
