Altus Group Makes Strategic Investment in Voyanta Limited

LONDON, Feb. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Voyanta, provider of the real estate industry's leading data management and analytics software platform, today announced that Altus Group has made a strategic investment in the company.

The investment will be used to enhance the functionality of the platform, expand Voyanta's customer support teams and accelerate its international growth.  Several leading real estate companies have adopted Voyanta since its launch in January 2013 and the Altus association is expected to bolster this success.

Altus Group has also acquired a license to use the Voyanta platform to enhance Altus' current and future data analytics services.  Robert Ruggles, President, Research, Valuation & Advisory, USA at Altus Group will be joining Voyanta's Board of Directors, bringing over 30 years of experience in real estate valuation and analytics.
