A&M Capital Completes Strategic Investment in Delta Group

BUFORD, Ga. and GREENWICH, Conn., Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A&M Capital, a multi-strategy private equity investment firm, announced today that A&M Capital Partners ("AMCP"), its investment strategy focused on middle-market control transactions in North America, has acquired a majority interest in Delta Group, Inc. ("Delta Group" or the "Company"). Delta Group is a tech-enabled national provider of investigative and claims support services.

Founded in 1984 by Nancy and Ray Gillis, Delta Group blends field-based investigators with proprietary technology to deliver timely, reliable results for insurance carriers, third-party administrators, self-insured entities, and law firms in all 50 states. The Company's platform spans traditional surveillance, eRemote® unmanned surveillance, Special Investigative Unit (SIU) compliance, investigative research, and vendor management.
