Nationally Lauded Physician Executive to Deliver Opening Address

Madara, MD, chief executive officer and executive vice president of the American Medical Association (AMA), will serve as the keynote speaker at the 2nd Annual CEO Roundtable. The CEO Roundtable is an exclusive summit for high growth health plan CEOs featuring engaging talks by industry experts and a literal 'roundtable' of unscripted dialogue among attendees. The Roundtable will be held September 14 – 15 in Chicago, Illinois.

Consistently named by Modern Healthcare as one of the country's 50 most influential physician executives, Madara extensive achievements also include serving as the medical school dean and CEO of the hospitals at the University of Chicago, as well as serving as a senior advisor with Leavitt Partners, a health care consulting and private equity firm founded by former Secretary of Health and Human Services, Michael Leavitt.
