Ambassador Joseph to Meet with Congressional Black Caucus
WASHINGTON, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Haitian Ambassador to the United States Raymond Joseph will meet with members of the Congressional Black Caucus on Wednesday morning, the Embassy of Haiti announced today.
The Ambassador and the members of the Congressional Black Caucus will meet to discuss the reconstruction efforts after the January 12 earthquake in Haiti. The focus of the meeting will be a discussion of ongoing recovery efforts, the Haitian government's reconstruction priorities, and the efforts of the members of the Congressional Black Caucus to aid in those relief efforts. Immediately following the meeting, Ambassador Joseph and the Congressional Black Caucus will hold a press conference at the Embassy of Haiti.
