American Sale Selects Knotice for Mobile Program

Keeping track of installation dates and delivery times can be a hassle for busy people. To better serve its customers, American Sale implemented a new reminder SMS program.  Now when a customer makes a purchase from American Sale, they have the option getting of a text alert to remind them of their scheduled product delivery date and time.  

Opted-in customers will receive an SMS alert the day before their delivery is scheduled to arrive. In addition, they will receive an alert if their delivery team is running behind schedule, letting them know how many minutes delayed the delivery will be. Customers also have the option of click-to-call to reschedule.

Already using Knotice for email marketing, American Sale decided to add mobile capabilities to its marketing mix to better accommodate its customers.
