American Vending Sales Named Exclusive Provider of IGT Machines and Games to New Gaming Market in Illinois

LAS VEGAS, May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT), a global leader in creating the games players love and network systems that improve the player experience, announced today it has finalized an agreement with American Vending Sales (AVS) to be the exclusive distributor of IGT products for the developing new Illinois video gaming market.

The Illinois Video Gaming Act legalizes the use of Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs) in certain liquor establishments, truck stops and fraternal/veterans clubs in the state. As part of the Video Gaming Act, video gaming terminals must be sold through a licensed distributor.

Subject to jurisdiction approvals, IGT products available for this market will include video poker, video lineup (video reel) and video blackjack games. Proven player-favorite poker themes will include Double Double Bonus®, Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Triple Double Bonus™, Bonus Poker® and many more. A number of player favorite video lineup themes will be available such as Cleopatra®, Super 8 Race®, Wolf Run® and Texas Tea® to name a few. And to showcase IGT's games and create the ultimate player experience, IGT will offer three different gaming machines to this new market including the E20 Upright, G20 Bar-Top and the G22 Slant.
