Americas Cardroom Opens Dual Venom PKOs and Crowns Ladies Champion

Four starting flights remain in the $6.5 million guaranteed events.

SAN JOSÉ, Costa Rica, Oct. 6, 2026/PRNewswire/ -- Americas Cardroom opened its Dual Venom PKOs on Sunday, October 4 with $6.5 million guaranteed across No-Limit Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha, while pinklily28 won the debut Ladies Online Championship for $5,625.

The $5 million GTD NLH Venom PKO drew 511 entries and advanced 86 players from Day 1A. Atheist30 led with 5,186,479 chips. The $1.5 million GTD PLO Venom PKO attracted 133 entries, with 17 advancing and BooooomHeadsot leading on 6,706,559 chips.

Among qualifiers, lordgiven led NLH bounty earnings with $8,125. bethechange and sendmehome each earned $9,687.50 in PLO bounties.

The $215 Ladies Online Championship drew 115 entries and paid 14 places from a $25,000 prize pool. WinniePoohBear finished second for $4,425, followed by Whittycat21 with $3,500. The winner also received a championship trophy.

Other Sunday winners included SuubZer0, who earned $143,325 in Phil's Thrill, and BBR$999, who collected $122,639 in the VSpecial Sunday High Roller.

The $95 BEAST Paradise satellite awarded 50 seats to the October 11 Mega, which guarantees seven $30,000 Bahamas packages.

Each Venom has a $2,650 buy-in. Remaining flights run October 8, 11, 15 and 18 at 1:05 p.m. ET. Day 2 follows October 19 at 1:05 p.m. ET, with both final tables October 21 at 4:05 p.m. ET.
