AmericInn Hotel and Suites Winona Opens to Great Local Fanfare
WINONA, Minn., April 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- AmericInn®—the largest midscale hotel brand in the upper Midwest—is celebrating the opening of the new AmericInn Hotel and Suites Winona at 303 Pelzer Street. The hotel is the 61st in Minnesota for AmericInn, which now boasts more than 200 locations open or in development across 21 states. Opening festivities include participants from AmericInn corporate leadership, Winona city dignitaries and local investor Jerry Papenfuss.

The hotel is owned by Pelzer Hospitality LLC, and will be managed by Three Rivers Hospitality, a sister company to Northcott Hospitality, owner of the AmericInn brand. The lead contractor is Truline Construction LLC.
The city of Winona is located in picturesque bluff country on the Mississippi River in southeastern Minnesota. With a population of 27,500, Winona is the county seat of Winona County.
