The acquisition marks the first platform investment for Provest, founded by Suhas Uppalapati and Kerry Byler, both seasoned entrepreneurs and investors known for their operational expertise and track record of building category-leading businesses. Uppalapati and Byler were previously the driving force behind AmeriPro Health, a high-growth healthcare company they scaled into a national leader before a successful exit.
