Amerlux Adds complete family of VARIETA architectural high performance LED Outdoor Floodlights to DLC Qualified Products List

FAIRFIELD, N.J., Sept. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Amerlux announces that the complete family of VARIETA architectural high performance, weatherproof LED Outdoor Floodlights designed to replace conventional outdoor fixtures, has been certified by the DesignLights Consortium (DLC) and added to its Qualified Product List, making it eligible for national utility rebates. Amerlux, a global leader in lighting innovation and design, developed VARIETA with an assortment of beam distribution options for exterior grazing, washing, highlighting, and accent lighting. Available with 12 beam distribution options, five sizes, three color temperatures and an 80 CRI, VARIETA puts client property in a whole new light.

A replacement for metal halide and high pressure sodium fixtures, VARIETA LED floodlights deliver up to 19,100 lumens while offering 12 beam distributions that provide precise beam control using interchangeable optic lenses, five sizes, and three color temperatures. All optics are concealed inside the fixtures, ensuring that the exterior luminaires are unaffected by weather or outdoor debris. Dimming capability is standard.

Finishes are available in Black, Green, Classic Bronze, White and Custom colors.

Optical accessories include Internal Baffle, External Glare Shield and Internal Vertical and Horizontal Louvers.
