Recruitment Process Outsourcing solution recognized for successful design, strategy and outcomes

The award honors the high-achieving BJC HealthCare and AMN Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership, which reduced contingent labor costs and improved recruitment efficiency to fill critical nursing needs at the healthcare provider.
The talent acquisition partnership is led by Andrea Lampert, VP Talent Strategies at BJC HealthCare, and Chris Scowden, who leads the RPO division at AMN Healthcare.
