Amnet Systems Names P. G. Subramaniam Chief Operating Officer and Jacklyn Smith Karceski Executive Vice President Global Strategy and Business Development

Amnet Systems announced that P. G. Subramaniam (PGS) has been named Chief Operating Officer and Jacklyn (Jackie) Smith Karceski has joined Amnet's executive team as Executive Vice President Global Strategy and Business Development. Both Mr. Subramaniam and Ms. Smith-Karceski are reporting directly to CEO and founder Aashish Agarwaal.

PGS has been serving as an advisor to Amnet Systems since 2007. He is a specialist in Business Process Management Improvement, with over 30 years of experience in setting up business processes at every level of the organization. Subramaniam has worked with organizations outside India to set up and improve the business processes in Southeast Asian countries, Middle Eastern countries and the United States. He coaches and mentors numerous CXOs and managers and plays an active advisory role to senior leaders and CEOs of small and medium organizations in their growth strategies. In addition, Subramaniam has certified black belts and green belts.
Karceski will focus on strategies to extend the ecosystem of products within the Enerji group of companies to Amnet Systems customers. Karceski comes to Amnet with more than 20 years of experience in sales, operations, and account management. She joins Amnet following a 5-year career at GreenPoint Global, a BPO firm focused on the legal, education, and publishing sectors. Prior to GreenPoint, Karceski held operating and management roles in several small and medium-sized private equity and venture backed businesses.
