The Child Protection Team at Kimberly's Center provides expertise in evaluating alleged maltreatments of child abuse and neglect, assessing risk factors, and providing recommendations for interventions to protect children and enhance families' capacities to provide a safer environment when possible.
In addition to supporting Kimberly's Center for Child Protection, the open house event will also offer an array of activities for families. Bike helmets will be given to the first 100 kids to arrive and there will be radio station giveaways from K Country 93.7 FM as they broadcast live from Amscot's parking lot. Free refreshments and pizza will be provided and there will be giveaways from MetroPCS. An Amscot recruiter will be on hand to talk about the many exciting career opportunities available with Amscot.
