AMTD Digital subsidiary TGE's Hotels Portfolio Anticipated to Exceed 1,000 Rooms and double its Revenue

PARIS and NEW YORK and SINGAPORE, Nov. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- AMTD Group Inc. ("AMTD" or the "Group"),AMTD IDEA Group ("AMTD IDEA Group") (NYSE: AMTD; SGX: HKB) and The Generation Essentials Group ("TGE", NYSE: TGE), a subsidiary of AMTD Digital (NYSE: HKD), jointly announce that the Group has been in active discussion with the relevant parties for the potential acquisitions of various hotels across the world, including one located in the New York City which is currently under exclusive negotiation.

The Group expects to expand its hotel portfolio to exceed 1,000 rooms within the next 12 to 15 months.

In February this year, the Group announced that the establishment of the second Dao by Dorsett AMTD hotel globally - Dao by Dorsett AMTD Hornsey in London. The Group also announced that it is in exclusive negotiation stage with respect to the acquisition of a hotel in New York City. Upon completion, these developments could increase the Group's total number of keys to 585.

Meanwhile, the Group actively exploring multiple hotel acquisition opportunities across Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The Group is targeting to increase its hotel portfolio to over 1,000 rooms within the next 12-15 months, which may result in the doubling of its hotel segment's revenue contribution.
