WASHINGTON, May 16, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Amtrak & Twentieth Century Fox have partnered to commemorate the release of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul, in theaters on May 19. Summer travel is heating up and with Amtrak's everyday 50 percent off kids' fares, families can take in the wonder and fun of the train, while enjoying a trip without baggage fees and traffic stops.

In Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul, a Heffley family road trip to attend Meemaw's 90^th birthday party goes hilariously off course thanks to Greg's newest scheme to get to a video gaming convention.
