Daniel Yamamoto holds a degree in international relations from PUC-SP. Early in his career, he worked in the international financial funding and correspondent bank area at Santander. He began his activities at the MZ Group in the Market Intelligence area, working with strategic investor relations consulting services since 2008. He joined LEAD in 2012, participating in the implementation of corporate governance portals for companies such as VALE, BM&FBovespa, Copersucar and Estacio Participacoes. In 2013, he took part in training in the United States focused on the specialization in knowledge of governance portals, accumulating this expertise at BOARDVantage, a company located in Silicon Valley. He is currently responsible for financial reports and business plans.

Thiago Trida joined LEAD in November 2012 as a specialist in Corporate Finance, Valuation and Business Diagnosis. Previously, he accumulated experience in financial valuation of companies, financial planning and controllership at the MZ Group and Gol Linhas Aereas. He holds a degree in civil engineering from Escola Politecnica da Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP) and computer engineering from Universidade Paulista. He also has a CPA-20 certification.
