Anchor Partners Acquires Quality Industries to Become One of the Largest Privately Held Manufacturers in the Southern United States

DALLAS and NASHVILLE, Tenn., March 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Anchor Partners, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, announced today the acquisition of Quality Industries, headquartered in LaVergne, Tennessee, with a second location in Denton, Texas. The addition of Quality Industries to the Anchor Partners (Anchor) family of companies, including Anchor Fabrication, Abby Manufacturing, and BOH Environmental, makes Anchor one of the largest privately owned manufacturers in the southern United States, with over one million square feet of manufacturing and metal fabrication space.

The Anchor family of companies combines a manufacturing strategy targeting the defense, transportation, elevator, rail, and oil and gas industries. Anchor now has operations in Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia and Louisiana.
