The initiative will accelerate the growth of the company's recent brand extensions, including the first organic heat-and-eat quinoa, the market's fastest-growing line of protein pasta, and value-sized quinoa packages for frequent quinoa users.
Sales representation is now being provided by Sunset Strategic Brands, an experienced CPG sales organization that focuses on helping a highly selective group of clients build and scale their business by providing sales capabilities typically found only at large CPG companies. The firm elected to represent Ancient Harvest because of its strong product lineup and market expansion opportunities.
Ancient Harvest has also selected Alliance Sales & Marketing, its existing broker for the East and Midwest markets, to assume national broker responsibilities covering supermarket, natural and specialty retailers across the U.S. The expanded relationship will allow Ancient Harvest to more consistently and seamlessly meet the needs of its retail customers across the country. Other brokers are being retained on a customer-specific basis.
