The company's continuing success is largely attributed to its innovative products and strong third-party partnerships. 

To support its growing footprint in the productivity technology industry, ANCILE has increased overall staffing 20 percent in the first half of 2012, hiring new team members in its product marketing, software development, product support, and sales divisions. The research and development department, a key focus of investment, increased headcount by 35 percent since the start of the year. The team's work culminated in the July release of ANCILE uPerform 4.5, including enhanced features that have led more customers to select ANCILE products for cost-effective staff training programs.
