The investment adds a high-quality, recently built asset to Andover's national self storage portfolio.
Located at 400 Devlin Road in South Napa, the property spans approximately 94K net rentable square feet across 666 units on more than seven acres. Built in 2021, the facility sits near Highway 29 and Napa County Airport and offers a product mix tailored to the local community, including dedicated climate-controlled wine lockers, drive-up units with automatic doors, and on-site commercial office space.
