Andrew Rowe Joins the Retail Gift Card Association

Appointment Indicates Continued Focus on the RCGA's Core Objectives

MIAMI, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Retail Gift Card Association (RGCA) today announced that Andrew Rowe is joining the association as President & Executive Director. In this capacity, Rowe will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Association, building membership, tracking legislative issues that affect gift cards and working with the Board of Directors to further the Association's objectives.

Prior to joining the RGCA, Andrew held a number of positions at SourceMedia, where his career spanned 14 years. Most recently he was Vice President/Group Publisher of the Payments Group, where he oversaw the development of PaymentsSource.

Andrew holds a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire and resides in Southern New Hampshire with his two children.
