- The New 2X Client Transforms any Smart Devices Running on Google's Android OS Into Full Remote Windows Clients

2X software today announced the new 2X Client for Android. Users can now access published applications and desktops on their mobile Android devices. Enterprises can utilize the 2X Client for Android ( http://www.2x.com/virtualdesktop/android/) on any mobile Android devices to deploy business-critical applications and desktops seamlessly from their datacenter to any location.

Until recently, Android users could only access Windows full desktops via a standard RDP connection on their smart devices. "The 2X Client enables companies to virtually access Windows applications and desktops from any location through secure SSL connections. Shortly we will introduce additional mobile device management tools, as we continue to facilitate mobile application and desktop management for our enterprise customers across the globe."
