Angela Hay always knew she wanted to help people. Unsure of how to turn that into a career, she took the advice of a high school teacher and started a co-op position in the insurance industry as an administrative assistant; 24 years later, she's never looked back.
Between establishing and successfully managing the Brockville Allstate Canada Insurance Agency for the last 10 years, Hay also oversees Allstate's Cornwall office; providing auto and property coverage to thousands of residents in both cities, through exemplary customer service. Holding both a general and life insurance license, she has honed her skills and enhanced her knowledge base in various areas, including property/casualty insurance, life insurance, customer service, underwriting, commercial insurance, personal lines products and travel.
