Anglepoint Acquires BlackRock Technologies to Expand Global SAM Offering

SANTA CLARA, Calif., April 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Anglepoint, the global leader in software asset management (SAM) for the Fortune 500 and beyond, today announced its acquisition of Ireland-based BlackRock Technologies - the leader in Quest software licensing services - to cement its position as the leading provider of licensing and compliance services.

The acquisition increases Anglepoint's global coverage of SAM services for all major publishers – including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and IBM – and expands the company's footprint in Europe.
