This year's event is the ultimate showcase of 31 exceptional homes across Washington County, all designed to inspire, delight and deliver the ultimate "Home Sweet WOW."

The St. George Area Parade of Homes sets the gold standard in showcasing the best in design, architecture and innovation. Now in its 34th year, the event continues to be a cornerstone for home enthusiasts, attracting visitors from across the nation. Whether you're drawn to charming townhomes or sprawling estates exceeding 19,000 square feet, the Parade offers something for everyone.

This year's event also features a special "bonus home" built by local high school students in partnership with trade contractors as part of the Careers in Construction program. This initiative, championed by SUHBA and the Washington County School District, is addressing labor shortages in the construction industry while providing students with invaluable hands-on experience.
