Oceana Group is majority controlled by Tiger Brands, a leading economic group in South Africa, and investment fund Brimstone Ltd. Daybrook Fisheries is a leading privately-owned, vertically-integrated fishing company engaged in the processing of Gulf Menhaden into fishmeal and fish oil.
