Anthemis Group has launched a worldwide Fellowship programme as part of its mission to nurture and develop a growing ecosystem of entrepreneurs, executives and thought leaders who are passionate about building an improved financial services industry fit for the digital age.
"We believe that it is essential to invest in people who can drive positive change in the financial services industry and our mission with the Fellowship is to equip a small number of highly talented individuals with the skills, experiences, and perspectives to enable them to then flourish," said Sean Park, Founder, Anthemis Group.
Each Fellowship will be customised to suit the individual; the default programme is designed to be a period of four months spent at the Anthemis offices in London, followed by four months with one of our portfolio companies, and the last four months with a major financial services firm. The choice of the appropriate startup and incumbent firms will made in the context of the Fellow's thesis project, skills and interests.
The Fellowship programme also aims to provide Anthemis clients and portfolio companies access to a unique pool of high-potential talent and to deepen connectivity across the Anthemis network. Each Fellow will spend four months embedded within an organisation, providing immediate value and working on real-world problems and opportunities.

The Fellowship is being run as a not-for-profit programme and all sponsorship funds will be used to finance the Fellows, with any excess to be re-invested in building the programme over time.
