In his most recent role, Gavin was responsible for running the Financial Services business at Heidrick & Struggles across Europe, Middle East & Africa, having returned from a three-year stint in the New York office in 2007, as one of the youngest Partners in the 60-year company history.

His portfolio of work spanning more than 15 years has focused on the intersection of technology, innovation and transformation with the financial services industry.

Since joining his prior company in 2000, in the Technology practice at the height of the dot-com boom, he has worked with both the smallest of start-ups to the most complex of global multinationals, with hirings of Chairman & CEO level through to other senior Executive talent. His client work and industry expertise perfectly complements the sectors and themes that Anthemis is passionate about.
