Anthony J. LoPinto Joins Korn/Ferry as Head of the Firm's North America Real Estate Practice

NEW YORK, Jan. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Anthony J. LoPinto has joined the Firm as head of its North America Real Estate Practice. He will be based in Korn/Ferry's New York City office.

Mr. LoPinto joins Korn/Ferry from Equinox Partners, a widely respected boutique real estate executive search firm, where he served as founder and CEO and oversaw offices in New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco and Los Angeles. Mr. LoPinto has extensive experience on a national and international level working closely with clients across all sectors and industry functions. Throughout his career, he has successfully led high profile and prominent search engagements for CEO's, directors and a wide-range of executive level positions.

Mr. LoPinto began his career in the real estate business and has deep expertise and perspective of the talent needs and organizational challenges of public and private companies. In addition to his strong credentials in executive search, Mr. LoPinto has held executive positions in finance and capital markets, development, and investments with Bankers Trust, Mobil Land Development Corporation, Cushman & Wakefield, First Chicago, and The Charles E. Smith Companies, where, as executive vice president and CFO, he managed the company's NYSE IPO.

He received a bachelor's degree from Loyola University of Chicago and also studied a year abroad at the university's School of International Studies in Rome, Italy. Mr. LoPinto is a Governor of the Urban Land Institute, and a member of NAREIT, Pension Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Roundtable and the National Multi Housing Council.
