All client listings will be equipped with Room Planner free of charge, while all Diamond and Platinum package listings will feature 3D Floor Plans at no cost to the client. The new applications are a product of Apartment Guide's investment in redrawing more than 200,000 client floor plans.

The Room Planner provides prospective renters with an interactive tool to help arrange furniture in various floor plan layouts on a client's listing. 3D Floor Plans automatically convert two-dimensional and HD Floor Plans into a more realistic three-dimensional view of what a floor plan looks like furnished and unfurnished.
