On December 2^nd, the brand will launch The Bacon Express, a pop-up food truck that will be 'bacon spirits bright' in select east coast cities. Its two-week tour will culminate at New York City's iconic Radio City Music Hall, where Applegate is proud to be an official partner of the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes.

This December, Applegate, the nation’s leading natural and organic meat brand, debuts The Bacon Express, a pop-up food truck spreading holiday cheer with the gift of better bacon across the east coast.

The Bacon Express Tour

Starting in Orlando, FL and traveling north, The Bacon Express will add some sizzle to the season by serving a holiday-inspired menu created by Chef Ian Knauer, an accomplished TV Host, author, and journalist. Chef Ian and Applegate have collaborated to create a mouthwatering menu of indulgent treats that elevate the nostalgic flavors of the season with Applegate Naturals® Sunday Bacon® – from candied bacon to bacon hot chocolate.

This bacon lover's winter wonderland will pop-up at local retailers and events in Orlando, Atlanta, Alexandria, Philadelphia, and New York City, serving complimentary bacon treats.

Applegate is proud to be teaming up with The Madison Square Garden Company as an official partner of the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes. The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes is running now through January 1, 2018.
