The combination is Aprio's fifth in the Denver market and sharpens the firm's Advisory platform for clients nationwide. Together, Aprio and TGRP are building a comprehensive national Office of the CFO platform designed to enhance financial operations and strategic planning.

Founded in 2010, TGRP Solutions has supported clients for more than 16 years, serving as a trusted advisor to growing middle-market and enterprise, publicly traded companies, helping clients strengthen financial operations, prepare for critical transactions, and navigate periods of change.
