HARRISBURG, Pa., Aug. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- APS Healthcare announced today that it will formally change its company name to KEPRO to unite with its parent companies' brand, mission and values as of August 1, 2016.
APS Healthcare began as a behavioral health company more than 20 years ago, dedicated to the design and delivery of specialty health services that focus on health improvement as a means to lowering costs and improving quality of life.
"As one company we can move forward in our vision to transform medical management to ensure that we treat each individual through an integrated, customized approach," said KEPRO President and CEO Joseph A. Dougher. "Through our partnership we've enhanced our ability to provide comprehensive and high quality service offerings to meet our clients' and their members' needs."
In May of 2015, APS Healthcare was acquired by KEPRO, a leading quality improvement and care management organization. KEPRO's tailored programs maximize members' quality of life, and realize greater cost savings for members and clients alike.
Since 1985, KEPRO has helped more than 20 million members lead healthier lives through clinical expertise, integrity and compassion.
"This change unites us as one company. We will leverage our expertise and deliver on our promise to build healthier communities with our partners," stated Dougher. "We will continue to provide Intelligent Value through every customized service and solution we offer."
The name change is part of the larger rebranding effort of all APS Healthcare businesses which will adopt the KEPRO brand as of Aug. 1. Clients, partners and vendors will find no change in the quality of services or solutions offered. All future business activity will be conducted under the KEPRO name.
