APTelecom To Kick-Off 2014 'State of Subsea' Expert Event Series In Washington, D.C, On April 1st

NEW YORK, Feb. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- APTelecom, a facilities-based telecom consulting and service company specializing in emerging markets, today announced that it will kick-off its 2014 lineup of 'State of Subsea' expert events in Washington, D.C., USA, on Tuesday, April 1st. The event will take place at the world-renowned Corcoran Gallery of Art, from 9 AM to 12 PM EST. The Corcoran is the oldest and largest non-federal art museum in the United States, and has achieved United States National Historic Landmark status.  

The event will be the second 'State of Subsea' expert event that APTelecom has hosted to date, and the first in the 2014 season.

Those who are not able to join in person are invited to attend online via live streaming video courtesy of SubTel Forum, the leading online magazine dedicated to the submarine cable industry, and the exclusive media partner of APTelecom's for the 'State of Subsea' series.

The inaugural 'State of Subsea' event, which took place from New York City in October 2013, generated overwhelmingly positive reviews from the hundreds of people who tuned in to the streaming video feed. The video broadcast had previously never been done before at a subsea industry event.  

For the upcoming 'State of Subsea' event in Washington, D.C., APTelecom welcomes its newest partner, Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), which will be supporting the event with a variety of interactive content, promotional efforts, and guest representatives. PTC is a globally respected organization for telecommunications and information and communication technology professionals with interests in the Asia-Pacific region.
