BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- APTIM, a leading environmental and infrastructure solutions firm with a long history of providing expertise and integrated solutions to federal defense agencies, has been selected as one of 10 prime contractors for the U.S. Department of the Navy's $997 million Global Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). Administered by the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC), the contract supports mission-critical fuel infrastructure at Navy and Marine Corps locations worldwide.
Under the 5-year contract vehicle, APTIM will compete for task orders providing construction, maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, design, and engineering services for pipelines, fuel storage tanks, and associated POL facilities and equipment. Work will be performed at locations inside and outside the continental US.
APTIM brings more than 25 years of experience supporting the Navy through this POL contract vehicle and its predecessors. As a 5-time incumbent, APTIM has completed more than $2B in work and maintained more than 1,000 fuel storage tanks and systems, building deep technical knowledge of the infrastructure, safety requirements, and operational demands that support Navy and Marine Corps missions worldwide.
