A recent media release discusses "Cheetah Mobile's lawsuit against APUS Group." However, Cheetah Mobile has not officially served APUS with the legal papers. If a lawsuit moves forward, APUS firmly believes that the allegations will be found to be meritless, and that APUS will be vindicated.
An additional release also suggests that APUS products may be removed from Google Play. To the best of our knowledge, these reports are unfounded and were never authorized by Google. These unsupported rumors are a transparent attempt to damage APUS in the marketplace.
2. Who is APUS?
