Aquatic Exercise App 'Ability Fix' Provides Home Exercise Solutions for Users

Ability Fix hopes to be the first to capture the home water exercise market, and further predicts that global use of all exercise apps and streaming content will continue to grow in response to consumers desire to exercise in a safe and convenient environment. When someone downloads the Ability Fix app they are prompted to take an ability assessment which identifies mobility issues and the users level of fitness. The app then recommends video/audio instructed exercises and routines based on the information the users provides - a level of customization rarely seen in exercise apps. The user can then stream the workout to a TV or screen near their pool, or simply follow audio instructions using waterproof headphones.
