AquaVenture Holdings Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- AquaVenture Holdings Limited ("AquaVenture"), a leader in water purification solutions, today announced the closing of its previously announced initial public offering of 6,500,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $18.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. In connection with the initial public offering, the underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 975,000 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount. As a result, the total initial public offering size was 7,475,000 shares, and the gross proceeds from the initial public offering were $134.6 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses.  AquaVenture's ordinary shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "WAAS" on October 6, 2016.
