Mittleman has spent his entire sports and entertainment career with ARAMARK. As a Regional Vice President for ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment, he is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and management at more than 60 sports venues, amphitheaters and convention centers spanning the Midwest from Colorado to Ohio. Over the course of his 15 years in the sports and entertainment industry, Mittleman's creativity and innovation have helped enhance the fan experience and drive revenue.
Mittleman's recent achievements include leading efforts to win the premium catering business at Cleveland Browns Stadium and overseeing ARAMARK's 2012 MLB All-Star Game food, beverage and retail operations at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. He has led premier events, such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and NCAA Final Four, and been at the forefront of industry trends, such as fostering partnerships with celebrity chefs and local restaurateurs and introducing food trucks into the sports venue environment.
