New York, July 3
The Freedom Tour will be on-site at the South Street Seaport on Independence Day weekend. Take a stroll and take in the historic district with Brooklyn Bridge views, or participate in a free total body HIT workout with drills, circuits, interval and cross training and cool down with ARCTIC ZERO.

ARCTIC ZERO will end the tour in its home town at the Taste of Fitness event at Coronado Tidelands Park from 8 a.m. to noon. Fitness activities include a HIIT workout and a yoga class.
