Ariana J. Tadler Named in 2016 Top 100 Super Lawyers and Top 50 Women Lawyers

Tadler once again has been ranked by Super Lawyers in its 2016 top 100 lawyers and top 50 women lawyers in the New York metro-area. The list, according to the publication, was based on the highest point totals each lawyer received in the New York Metro nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.
A member of Milberg's Executive Committee, Ms. Tadler has more than 24 years of experience litigating complex securities and consumer class actions and commercial disputes. She has served as a lead attorney in numerous complex and high profile litigations, including In re Target Corporation Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, In re Intuit [Turbo Tax] Data Litigation, Ener1 v. PricewaterhouseCoopers, Republic of Colombia, et al. v. Diageo North America Inc., and In re IPO Securities Litigation.
In addition to being a successful litigator, Ms. Tadler is widely recognized as one of the nation's leading authorities on electronic discovery. She is the founder and chair of Milberg's E-Discovery Practice. Ms. Tadler currently serves on The Sedona Conference®'s Board of Directors and is Chair Emeritus, having previously served for five years as the Chair, of The Sedona Conference®'s Steering Committee for Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, the preeminent "think tank" on E-Discovery.
