Ariana J. Tadler Named in Super Lawyers "Top 50: 2014 Women New York"
NEW YORK, Oct. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Milberg LLP partner Ariana J. Tadler was ranked by Super Lawyers in its 2014 "Top 50: 2014 Women Lawyers" in the New York metro-area. The list, according to the publication, was based on the highest point totals each lawyer received in the New York Metro nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.
A member of Milberg's Executive Committee, Ms. Tadler has more than 22 years of experience litigating complex securities and consumer class actions and commercial disputes. She is one of the lead attorneys in several cases alleging that major food companies misled consumers by labeling products containing GMOs as "natural" and was recently appointed to serve on the Steering Committee in In Re Target Corp. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, pending in the District of Minnesota.
Ms. Tadler is widely recognized as one of the nation's leading authorities on electronic discovery. She is the founder and chair of Milberg's E-Discovery practice. She serves on The Sedona Conference®'s Board of Directors and is Chair Emeritus and a 5-year past Chair of the Steering Committee for Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production, the preeminent "think tank" on E-Discovery. She is also on the Advisory Board of Georgetown University Law Center's Advanced E-Discovery Institute where she has helped educate federal judges and lawyers on E-Discovery issues and also serves on Bloomberg BNA's eDiscovery Board of Advisors.
