Arise to Welcome Home Soldiers of The 124th Infantry Regiment of The Florida Army National Guard

MIRAMAR, Fla., Feb. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Arise Virtual Solutions, the leader in on-demand tech-enabled customer management solutions and based in Miramar, Florida, will be on hand to welcome home the 1^st Battalion, 124^th Infantry Regiment of the Florida National Guard, also based in Miramar upon their return from the Horn of Africa in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Arise is partnering with the City of Miramar, Spirit Airlines, Mission BBQ and the Rotary Club to welcome home the unit, which has been deployed since April 2016. The soldiers are expected to return to South Florida in three waves in mid- to late-February.

In addition to donating décor and beverages, Arise will also provide in-person support. A strong supporter of the military and their families, Arise is a member of Joining Forces, a national initiative to engage all sectors of society to give service members and their families the opportunities and support they have earned by providing them with the ability to start their own call center business.

Arise has also partnered with the Military Spouses Employment Partnership (MSEP) to provide military spouses the opportunity to start their own micro call center, and have work that moves with them, along with the flexibility they need to care for their families while their spouse is on active duty.

Approximately 800 to 1,000 people are expected at the Arise-sponsored homecoming event. This includes 200 soldiers and their families, along with Arise employees. The event will be held at the National Guard Readiness Center located at 5001 Flamingo Road in Miramar, FL.
