ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., March 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ARK Investment Management LLC ("ARK") announced today plans to change the primary listing venue of three of its innovation ETFs from NYSE Arca, Inc. to the Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. The three funds are:

ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK): The flagship fund focused on disruptive innovation across multiple sectors, offering investors exposure to cutting-edge technologies shaping our future.
ARK Next Generation Internet ETF (ARKW): A dynamic fund capturing the evolution of the internet, including AI-driven advancements and blockchain technologies.
ARK Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF): A forward-looking fund targeting companies at the forefront of the financial technology revolution.

ARK anticipates that these ETFs will begin trading on the Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. under their current ticker symbols on or about March 31, 2025, although this date is subject to change. No shareholder action is required as a result of this change.
